Our proposals – development East of St Peter’s Road, West Lynn

We know that the river corridor is very important to the local area and our development will treat this feature sympathetically. There are no heritage buildings on the site, but there are two designated areas of heritage nearby. The Grade II* listed Church of St Peter lies nearby to the west and St Margaret’s Conservation Area is directly across the River Great Ouse. To preserve views through the site towards heritage assets, the main avenue through the site has been aligned on an axis with the spire of St Peter’s and the towers of St Margaret’s Church in Kings Lynn.
