Drainage strategy

Our proposals – development East of St Peter’s Road, West Lynn

We have studied the site carefully and established that we can manage water on the development site in a way that will not cause any issues with water management elsewhere in West Lynn. The site is already protected by flood defences and is generally in an area of very low surface water flood risk. Our early discussions with the authorities have demonstrated that the site is suitable for development based on flooding and drainage and the need for housing. We are working with the authorities to understand and agree the levels needed across the site.
