Our proposals – development East of St Peter’s Road, West Lynn

We are providing open spaces and green areas within the development site, with the potential for play areas for use by local families. This new green space will add to the nearby public open spaces, greenspaces and parks to the benefit of new and existing residents. We will consider requests for contributions to the play area to the south of the site if that is needed. The retention of the green boundary between the development site and the play area is also being considered as part of the planning proposals.
