Our proposals
What development are you proposing and where is it?
We are proposing to build 80 high-quality affordable homes on a 1.5-acre site east of St Peter’s Road, West Lynn.
Why do you want to build houses here?
This site is a well-connected and sustainable location for new homes to meet local needs and is currently underused and vacant.
When are you submitting the planning application?
We plan to submit the planning application before the end of this year, after we have closed the consultation and had time to consider people’s feedback.
What happens after you have submitted the planning application?
After the application has been submitted, Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council’s planning officers will assess our proposals before they go before the planning committee.
