What type of houses are you building?
We are planning a mixture of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes. All of the houses will be affordable.
What does ‘affordable’ housing mean?
The homes will be available for shared ownership, social rent, and rent-to-buy. This gives local people a range of options. Our typical customers are young families and professional couples looking to get on the housing ladder or save for a first deposit.
Will you build the houses yourself, or will they be built by another company?
Our contractor D Brown will be constructing the homes on our behalf. However, we will retain ownership of the site, including a long term interest in the shared ownership properties.
