Will this increase the chance of flooding in West Lynn?
No. The site already has significant flood defences which substantially reduce the chance of flooding in West Lynn. Additionally, our studies show our proposals will not adversely affect the local area.
What are you doing to protect ecology on the site and encourage biodiversity?
Our studies show there are no protected species living on the site, though some do cross the site. Our design and landscaping work will ensure that we can protect biodiversity.
